Hawaiian Humane supports the Trap Neuter Return Manage (TNRM) strategy as a humane way to lower the Free-Roaming cat population over time.
Spay/Neuter Fees for Free-Roaming cats
Thanks to our partnership with the City & County of Honolulu, fees for spay/neuter of Free-Roaming cats are completely waived while funding lasts through the Feline Fix program. Click the button below to learn more about this program and other Feline Fix providers.
Spay/neuter procedures for Free-Roaming cats include anesthesia, surgery, microchip, ear notch and FVRCP vaccine. This is a same-day procedure, meaning all Free-Roaming cats must be picked up the day of their procedure.
