Hawaiian Humane Volunteer Needs Due to the Kona Low Storm

At this time we are not in need of additional volunteers for direct storm-related support. Though recovery efforts are just getting started and this could change as things evolve.

The most impactful thing you can do right now is make a monetary donation. The recovery ahead for the families in Waialua and Haleʻiwa will unfold over months, and flexible funding allows us to direct resources  where they are needed most.

If you prefer to donate supplies, please check our Amazon Wishlist at for our most current needs before purchasing anything, as our needs will change as recovery efforts get underway.

Thank you for your interest in joining Hawaiian Humane Society’s volunteer ʻohana!
