The City and County of Honolulu has awarded Hawaiian Humane Society a Grant-in-Aid to assist District 9 pet owners on government assistance, fixed incomes or experiencing homelessness. Potential services included free spay/neuter, pet vaccinations, microchips, flea/tick treatment and more. This pilot project runs through September 2022.
