Pet Kokua Outreach Center – Waipahu

Pet Food Bank assistance is limited to one application per household. Applications must be filled out completely in order to receive assistance. We are unable to provide food for cat colony caregivers or persons feeding Free-Roaming cats. The Pet Food Bank is for personal pet animals only.

EBT/Kokua cardholders, Medicaid cardholders and low-income households receiving housing assistance may now purchase discounted Neuter Now certificates at the Waipahu Outreach Center for $20 each. Credit cards and checks will be accepted. No cash transactions.

Please bring your ID and your EBT/Kokua card, Medicaid card or a current low-income housing notice/voucher with your name on it. Payment must be made when the application is submitted and certificates will be mailed to approved applicants within 10 business days. A total of 10 certificates per calendar year may be purchased per person.

Monday – Wednesday: 1 – 5:30 pm
Thursday, Friday & Saturday: Closed
