Community Relations Director

Seeking experienced communications professional with background in public relations and marketing.  Responsible for direction, development and execution of results-oriented awareness and educational campaigns that involve: community and corporate partnerships, educational and fundraising events, promotions, advertising and media exposure.

Able to direct message and design for advertising, brochures, newsletters and newspaper columns. Must be a strong writer and communicator. Able to serve as spokesperson and responsible for communicating Society's work to the public, media and other target groups. Media relations experience required.

Must enjoy working with the public and broad spectrum of supporters.

Humane Education Coordinator

Seeking results-oriented individual to develop, direct, and manage educational partnerships with youth and community organizations, teacher associations and schools.  Minimum requirements:  College degree required with a minimum three years experience in program leadership, development and implementation. Experience in educational advocacy work a plus.

Field Services Dispatcher

To handle high-volume calls for animal rescue and other services in a professional and courteous manner. Excellent customer service, communications and phone skills. Able to multi-task with phone, radio and computer. Full time and available to work flexible hours, day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must have clean criminal record.

Customer Service – Admissions & Adoptions

Part-time (16+ hrs) & Full-time

Supervisory and staff positions available with customer service experience who thrive in a fast-paced, multi-function workplace. Must have strong people skills, customer service background (minimum 2 years experience), excellent communication skills and able to use a computer.  Must be able to handle physical work, handle animals, and lift and carry 50 lbs. Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, day and night shifts.
