Humane Traps

The public can borrow humane traps from us to capture cats or dogs that are causing problems on private property. There is no fee for the use of the traps, but a refundable deposit is required for dog and cat traps. We will also provide you with instruction on the proper use of the trap. Traps are in great demand so it is recommended that you call before visiting the shelter to make sure a trap is available. Traps can be picked up at the Incoming Animals area.
